Associate Professor Dr. Daniel Lim Khim Hock is a distinguished Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Specialist in Malaysia. He earned his Bachelor of Dental Surgery from the University of Malaya in 2008. Following graduation, he dedicated several years to the Ministry of Health, primarily as a dental officer at the Oral Surgery Clinic within Hospital Sultanah Aminah, Johor Bahru.
Driven by passion, Dr. Daniel pursued advanced studies in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Malaya, earning a Master of Clinical Dentistry (Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery) with Distinction.
Currently, Dr. Daniel serves as an Associate Professor at the University of Malaya, where he guides both undergraduate and postgraduate students. His research focuses on enhancing patient comfort during minor oral surgical procedures.
Dr. Daniel's professional interests include dentoalveolar surgery, oral implantology, maxillofacial trauma management, and orthognathic surgery. He also lectures at courses on dental implants and minor oral surgery.
